# Conditional Probability

## Explaination

The probability of an event `A`

happening may depend on the probability of another event `B`

happening. We express that with this notation.

`P(A|B)`

Note: this is read Probability of A given B.

In order to calculate this probability there is something we have to consider, which is that:

`P(A and B) = P(A|B) * P(B) = P(B|A) * P(A)`
